PROJECTIntroduction [Biosketch]
- Dr. Lalu Seban completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from CUSAT and pursued his M.Tech in Process Control and Instrumentation from NIT Trichy. He later earned his Ph.D. in Process Control and Industrial Automation from National Institute of Technology Silchar in 2018.
- Dr. Seban began his teaching career at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology (SJCET), Palai, where he served as a faculty member from June 2012 to January 2013. In January 2013, he joined National Institute of Technology Silchar as a faculty member and has since been actively involved in teaching, research, student mentoring, academic and administrative development.
- His areas of interest include process control, industrial automation, model predictive control, and system reliability. Over the years, he has guided students with clarity and encouragement, helping many young minds grow both academically and professionally.
- Behind his professional journey stands the unwavering support of his family, his wife, Jisha, and daughter, Evania.
- Dr. Seban believes in the vision of using knowledge and education to serve society with wisdom, integrity, and compassion. One of the principles that inspires his life and work is: As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another; Encourage one another and build each other up.
