- Dr. Vipin Chandra Pal received the B.Tech. degree in Eectronics Instrumentation and Control engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, India, the M.Tech. degree (with Gold Medal) in Control & Instrumentation from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India. He received a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India, in 2017. He was with the Department of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering at the Thapar University Patiala, Punjab as an Assistant Professor from June 2017 to July 2019. Currently, he is working as an assistant professor at the Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, National Institute of Technology Silchar, Assam, India from July 2019. His research interests include Time delay Systems, Modeling and control of Electric Vehicle, model order reduction, electronic devices and renewable energy applications, Biological Control System. He is a Senior Member for IEEE community. He is executive committee member of Automatic Control & Dynamic Optimization Society (ACDOS), India, and also the executive committee member of IEEE Silchar subsection, India.
